Cleaner Schedule & Payouts
Checkout cleanings are created automatically for owner review. You approve the cleaning and assign a cleaner before it appears on any cleaner calendar.

Cleaning schedules do not block reservations
Cleaner jobs live in the cleaner-operations store and are never written to the booking availability calendar, owner blocks, or channel export feeds. Booking-platform calendar sync remains reservation-only.
Cleaner app access
Private Portal Links
Each cleaner receives a private app link and a separate personal calendar feed. Only owner-approved cleanings assigned to that cleaner are published.

This cleaning-only feed contains approved, assigned cleaning work. Do not add this feed to Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any booking availability channel.

Photos, low/out-of-stock supplies, damage, and maintenance reports submitted from the cleaner portal appear here.
Checkout turnovers
Cleaning Approval Queue
Each reservation checkout creates one pending cleaning. Checkout is 11:00 AM and the cleaning deadline is 4:00 PM. Pending jobs stay admin-only until you choose a cleaner and approve the assignment.
